Head-shaking cat directions?

Our daughter received her first expansion pack today and there is only directions for one option, the dancing cat. She wants to do the head-shaking cat, but there are no directions. Can send please help?

We scanned the QR code in the limited directions and it appears that there is a more featured directions online as a pdf.
