Good to hear it works now.
Usually, we can try more times to upgrade firmware for Airblock if it says upload failed.
There is no strict request for the space on mobile device, but the APP may be slow to function if there is no enough space.
I tried at least 20 times.
I would like to suggest that you should have a warning about lack of space, and try testing the firmware process with a full phone. There is probably some temporary disk space required around the 16% stage…

Originally I was trying to use Sony Experia Z3 Compact. App installed fine. Android v6.01. Makeblock app could see the Airblock but reported could not identify firmware version. Tried same process using different phone and it updated fine.
