Extremely sloppy delivery

I just received my 24th (!) MakeBlock order (#23449) and it was quite a disappointment :frowning:
For a project I needed 3 packs of 0824-144 Blue beams. These are supposed to contain 4 beams that are 144 mm long. Have a look at the images below to see what I got…

As you can clearly see from the unopened packages - not a single one of the packs contain 4 beams and not just that - two of them don’t even contain the right size beams? I have to say this is extremely sloppy. I would actually go so far as to say directly to your supplier of this product that if they can’t count to 4, they cannot be your provider… ANY kid above 5 years of age can count to 4?

This certainly means that I cannot do my project this weekend. It’ll be maybe a month until I’ll have a free weekend, so this was annoying indeed…

I also ordered the hardware pack to get more of the black screws. Instead I got a pack of the new screws for which I do not even have a hex driver to…

We are very sorry for this problem… I have to admit that is very ridiculous …

I have charged the warehouse to check what happened here. As for the compensation, I would like to send you the beams which are missing. And, there would be a complete encoder motor kit in the package to to express my apologies.

As for the screws, I would add a appropriate hex driver in the package for you.

Hi Johnny,
I found a screwdriver (in one of the student kits from this autumn) but I have to say that these screws are not the quality I want from Makeblock. As for the counting - yeah. It’s sort of ridiculous, but very annoying. I needed exactly twelve 144-beams and got just seven + some other random lengths.

Thanks for sending the correct lengths. I’m just about to send a new order. I’ll email you the order number once it is ready?
