European Battery pack for the mBot ranger

Hi there

I purchased the Ranger for my son.

To avoid taking apart the Ranger to charge the batteries, I purchased a 12V 6800mAh L Ion battery pack
, which can be inserted in the ranger directly (and charged from a wall socket)

Question: the Ranger does nothing on this pack, only flickering leds. Is it too powerful?
and: which voltage / mAh can the Ranger handle?

Or does it have the wrong plug?

Hallo, Did this battery pack work? I am also looking for a good battery pack solution for the Ranger.

It works, but this battery turns out to be a 12,6v pack.Which can burn out the motors (max 12v). So wouldnt take the risk.

I ordered this pack. Suitable specs, but probably harder to fit under the board. Havent tested yet:
