Error with Upload and Firmware update Jan 21

I have an MBot Ranger and it will not upload anything or update the firmware. I am using a Windows 10 PC and MBlock v5.3.0, downloaded this month so brand new. I have also tried with the old v3. program. The computer connects fine, but when I go to update the firmware it says “failed to upload firmware again - retry?”

My batteries are good.

Hello NorthDelta, it could be a mainboard problem. Please shoot a video for the problem and send to support@makeblock.com so that we can locate it more clearly.
