Engrave anodized aluminum

Hi everyone, did someone tried to burn anodized aluminium with the upgrade of laser 500mW, I don’t want to cut it, but just engraved and just anodized aluminium.

I understand that it is not generally possible to cut or engrave aluminium with any type of laser because it conducts heat too well. By the time the laser is powerful enough it will just melt the aluminium.

it is a common practice to laser engrave anodized aluminum on a commercial and industrial applications
