I teach a STEM class and we are using mBot Land raider robots. WE have 2 encoder motors to turn the wheels. When connected only one of the motors are working the other one is not. I checked wire connections and replaced wires still is not working any advice or help. Motor worked previously (last year).

Hi, you can try to change the motor cable and exchange the m1, m2, then you will see the problem is m1,m2 interface or the motor itselt.

I tried this as one motor was working on one side but when I connected the wire from working motor to the non working one and connected into m1, m2 still would not work. I now have another robot with same issue no working motors.
