DXF files issues

Hello,
I have the follow issues:

  1. When i import DFX file in laserbox program, it doesn’t let to fill the shapes.
  2. When i import SVG file in laserbox program the size its not the same with illustrator file, its any specific export option i must do?
  3. Also at svg file when i check to fill the fonts some of them doesn’t recognise the fill.
