Demo Device Arduino

Hello,
I would like to put together some extensions of the standard Arduino and regroup existing categories or assign blocks differently. Unfortunately, the categories and blocks of the Arduino device are not displayed in German as I know it from my m-block application. Instead, they appear in Chinese in the mBlock Extension Builder. What am I doing wrongly or where can I get the German version? See attached pictures.
