Default Joystick Stick in Android App Not Working?

Hi,

Got the Mbot Starter Kit for my Daughter, and everything is built and we have installed the Android App on her Phone. The MBot connects via Bluetooth no problems, and when we try and run the basic app, we get the Joystick on the Screen, but moving it does not move the Robot. If we go into design mode and add the other controls, the up down left and right, these all work, the Robot can move up down left and right, just wondering why the Joystick control is not working, and if anyone else has had this problem and fixed it?

Hi mabseyuk,

The mBot and Starter robot are two different robots. May I know which robot you have?

Besides, do you use the Latest version Makeblock APP on your mobile device?
If yes but the default joystick doesn’t work, please kindly reset default program for the robot with mBlock software have a try.
