Dc motor issue

I ordered the robotic arm add-on pack in the early summer and haven’t really used it much. I started using it in the past week and when I went to code it I could only get it to move counter-clockwise. I’m not sure what to do to fix it. Anyone have any advice?

You can contact with local distributor or seller,because you bought it in the early summer I suppose it hasn’t exceeded 1year warranty,consequently,you can ask the distributor or seller to replace the component or fix it totally free and do remember provide the video about your issues and your PO number or receipt to them.
