CyberPi not working with mbot2 sheild

#1

I have just received my new mBot2 today. I can use mBlock5 to use all the CyberPi features as expected but when I add the mBot2 extention and ultrasonic extention and quad RGB sensor they don’t work. If I try to read the battery voltage using the sensing block it always gives 0.0. I do have the mbot2 switched on and the quad RGB lights up as well as the ultrasonic senor lights up. But no programs work

I have tried leaving it on charge for more than an hour and I have tried updating the firmware.

If I unplug the CyberPi from the mBot2 shield then also unplug the ultrasonic sensor and the quad RFB sensor then plug the sensor directly into the CyberPi they work.

So it seems to be a problem with the mBot2 shield

If I have the CyberPi plugged into the mBot2 shield and I turn the mBot2 shiled on the the CyberPi starts up like it gets power from the mBot2 shield.
