CyberPi label display is not working

When I code my CyberPi to have a show a label it doesnt show anything and now it says “The device needs to update the firmware via a USB connection” but idk how to do that

Hello! Do you have a PC or Mac? That is the only way to update the firmware.

Are you in Upload Mode or Live Mode? Are you using the app or the PC version of mBlock to write code?
