Control megapi via bluetooth on PC(python)

Hi Guys,
i want to control my Megapi via bluetooth, but i just want to use my PC not Raspberry pi. I am writing a python programm with opencv i want to combine it with Megapi controller. I upload megapi firmware on my megapi and tried to connect it with my PC but i couldnt do it . Can you please Help me.
