Connection Laserbox to MacOS Catalina 10.15.7 is not happening

I have the Latest Laserbox MacOS Software Version 1.0.7
This is the installed firmware: 019.00-019.01-016.03-004.08-004.10-1

Please help!

you should install laserbox software to your PC,use that software to connect your PC with laerbox.

If there is no Type A connector in your PC,you cannot use USB to connect laserbox to your PC due to transportion compatible issue,you need use a extension connector via network cable to connect laserbox with your PC.

I’m not using PC, I’m using a MacBook Pro (2019) with MacOS Catalina 10.15.7. I have the latest Laserbox MacOS Software Version 1.0.7 installed.
This is the installed firmware: 019.00-019.01-016.03-004.08-004.10-1
Connection to Laserbox is not happening.
Can you help?

there is no Type A connector in MacBook Pro,if you want to use MacBook Pro to connect with laserbox,the only way is use Network cable.
