Compatibilty mbot (neo) - robotic arm

I wonder weather the “Makeblock Robotic Arm Add-on Pack for Starter Robot Kit-Blue” would work connected to Mbot neo.

Is Mbot capable of getting this arm connected and controlling it?

Is the arm not too heavy and what about the balance? I mean whoud the arm simply overweigh and the whole system falling over?
