Compact storage of XY Plotter

I am thinking about buying the XY Plotter and the laser engraver upgrade. Since I would only use it occasionally and have limited space in my apartment, I was wondering if the XY Plotter can be partially disassembled to be stored in a compact way, and if so, how difficult / time consuming it would be to take it down and set it up again.

If anyone has experience in doing this, I’d love to hear about it!

I mounted mine onto a baseboard of plywood on which I had glued a thin metal sheet. This allows me to use small magnets to hold card and paper in position on the plotter table. There is a hole drilled in the top of the board which allows me to hang the assembly from a hook on the wall when I want to use the table for other work.

Make sure the hook is well-fixed to the wall, though.
