Code upload failed mBlock v5.3.5

I am using mBlock v5.3.5 standalone program on Mac OSX 10.11.6 connected to the mBot using a USB cable. I have to select /dev/tty.wchusbserial1410 as the device, After that, clicking [Connect] I get the smallnotification window “Connected!”

Then when I click “Upload” I cannot upload my Scratch program . I get the error as shown. What is wrong??

Solved it. The mBot power switch needs to be on.
