Cant upload anything on the mBot [SOLVED]

hi,
i took a mBot in my class to work on it this week end, unfortunaly can’t do anything with it because every uploads i tryed, failed by a long error message. Same when i try to upgrade / downgrade the firewall. I only get 3 differents bips in 3 differents notes and a white light.
Can you guys provide me some help?

Do you connect to mBot through USB? Can you update the firmware then?

Sure, with the USB cable, i detect the mbot and can connect the app to it

Ok then, next question: are you in live or upload mode?

both option are not working, even if the mbot is detected, i’m having those 3 bips everytime i try to upload something

I am a bit of a loss here. It seems the mBot has the default mBot program installed which is doing these beeps (this is normal). Maybe you download and try to work with mBlock 3 instead

alslo tryed with the old version :frowning:
even the one in the webbrowser
Every uploads failed after 3-4% firmware or software

i tryed with another motherboard and everything works fine :frowning: is that possible that a firmware update of a wrong version can alter its upload functionalities ?

Or maybe a hardware problem with the USB connector

OMG found the solution …
i opened the plastic cover, and discover that ma colleague …he put the WIRELESS module in the wrong direction…
now everything is working fine…
