Can't update firmware or upload code

A couple of years ago I bought a Makeblock starterkit but never used it. Now I wanted to use it but I had to update the firmware. But everytime it gets to 2% it gives me this error:

I just installed the software today (7-08-2021). I also get a error message when I try to upload code to my robot. Live code does work and the software also recognizes my robot. How can I fix this?

Hi Driver,

Could you take a picture for the code you are going to upload to the starter?
Besides, please make sure the buzzer on orion board is turned to off and connect robot with computer with USB cable.
