Can't preview my devices anymore

Hi,

When I try to preview my devices, after I click the “Open manually” button, it used to open a new screen with my device in it. For around last 2 weeks, I can’t see my devices even though I click “devices” category.
I have attached 2 images (in an imgur album) for you to understand better.
By the way, I have this issue on just 2 of my devices which are “Catduino” and “XBoard”.
I haven’t published “XBoard” yet.
