Can't download support mbot ranger in mblock blocky

Hi there I recently bought an mbot ranger, makeblock works perfectly but when I go to mblock blocky it seems I can’t download support mbot ranger is there anything that you can help me in this situation

Is your problem solved. Actually, I am not very sure that is problem regaring “can’t download support mBot Ranger in mBlock blockly”?

Do you mean you can’t play the programm game for the Ranger robot?
