Has anyone had problems with their order shipping? I ordered the Laserbox Rotary on Nov 1st, here it is Dec 1st and I still have no tracking number. I have emailed vicky@xtool many times and it takes 3-5 days to get a response every time. 10 days ago she said my order had been picked up and I would receive a tracking number in 1-2 days. I STILL do not have a tracking number or any record of my order shipping. Is there another way to contact customer support or get a supervisor? I’ve messaged xtool on all platforms including social media.
