Cannot connect to mbot ranger unless it is connected to PC

can’t connect to it via Bluetooth. Bluetooth will work only when USB cable connected to mbot ranger

You mean mobile App fails to connect Bluetooth, unless you connect usb cable to PC?
This should be cause by lacking of power. Please try some new batteries or recharge the battery, then issue should be fixed.

I have replaced the batteries but still cannot connect to mbot ranger.

Did you try totally new batteries?
What is the APP you tried? Another phone tested? Will you take a video of the issue process?
