Cannot connect Ranger mbot to mblock 5

Hi,

I just bougth the ranger for my son. I downloaded Makeblock 5.3.0 on my computer that use window 10.

I can’t connect the robot to the application, its tell me that ‘‘connexion error, try again’’.

Someone can help me?

Have you tried a different USB cable? Just in case the cable is faulty?
Try running mblock as administrator?

No, but when i connect the cable to the computer i saw the com4 appear, i choose it and try to connect and the error message show up.

How i can choose administrator mode?
