I’m afraid not. Unless you connect it directly to the motor ports on the mCore board. However then you could not use the drive wheels. There is no way to add more than two DC motors to the mBot.

Maybe one year too late … when the robotic arm is moved with servos, the RJ25 adapter is an option:
