Can WiFi and Bluetooth Modules be installed together?

If I get the WiFi mBot and also buy the Bluetooth module, can both modules be plugged in at same time.

Or do you use one module at a time: WiFi or Bluetooth?

No, the Bluetooth module occupies the same connection as the Wifi module. You have to use one or the other.
