Can the service technique please contact me, I posted yesterday that the laserbox will no longer initialize, I have used the contact page on your website, but nobody has contacted me yet. This is getting urgent as I now have a 51/2 thousand euro machine that’s not running. I need to get it sorted out quickly, please.
