Can’t find COM ports on device


unable to connect to mBot with USB or Bluetooth. Using USB cable from out of the box.
Mbot is on, cable is working and connected. Antivirus and Firewalls disabled.
mBlock version: 5.1.0
mBot Model: mBot-K01-02 Updated driver: USB-Serial CH340 Driver Date: 2/11/2023 Driver Version: 3.8.2023.2


Hi @robothobby, try upgrading to version 5.3.0 or 5.4.0 (not 5.4.3!). Thanks, and good luck!

This is likely an issue with the app and not the USB cable.


Make sure that no other USB devices (printer etc.) are connected.


@robothobby Also, what OS (Windows, macOS, Linux, or Web) are you using, and what version of the OS (23.10, 7, 10, 5.4, etc.). Thanks!
