Can anybody upload drawing circuits using plotter XY?

I am hesitating to buy MakerBlock XY Plotter.

I want to draw circuits on a copper board with etch-resistant STAEDTLER pen.

I want to check the drawing result on PCB.
Also, I want to know how long does XY Plotter draw circuit on a copper board.
