the button on the laser box is not working. If I send a design over and the application says to hit the button the button does not light up and when I press it nothing happens. This is the first time that I am using the laser and I am not sure how to make it work.

try by pressing the start and then send on laserbox software
i am always forgetting to pressing the send key…lol
