Hello tec_support,
I also have access problem. For some days many links in subdomain learn.makeblock.com return 500 Internal Server Error nginx/1.6.2
Learning resources are vital part of the product. Their quality has been improved a lot, but it’s sad that people can’t access them. Please do something to fix the server problem.
BR
Grzegorz .

I agree. Recently bought a few new modules and now I can’t use them because I can not access the documentation.

Hi Grzegorz_Troszynski & Andreas,

Thanks for your feedback!
Our engineer is looking for the reason for this issue since we can open this page properly here.
Could you kindly take a picture to show the result page after you opened it.

Besides, may I know which country are you in, we will work hard to solve this problem.

#9

Tried on Windows 7 using Firefox and Internet Explorer and on iOs using Safari. Same result.

Country is Germany. I guess that started when you switched from makeblock.cc to makeblock.com. Maybe a redirect has gone wrong somewhere.

#10

I just found out that I can use the following URL to access the content:

http://learn.makeblock.com/en/

That will help me as a workaround until you fixed the web page.

#11

Hi Andreas,

Thanks for your valuable feedback, I think your advice should be very helpful to your engineer.

We will solve this problem soon and let you know here.

Best Regards!

Have you successfully download the mBlock software.
Sorry that I forgot to inform you after feedback this issue to our engineers.

Hi tec_support,
I am trying to enter in the url http://openlab.makeblock.com/ and returns a 500 internal server error. I think the problem could be similar to the others related in this discussion, so I have decided to post it here. Hope it helps!
