So I bought several SVG files and they set it up to SCORE the words. The laserbox is not recognize that file only the cut. How do I score on the laserbox with text?

Once export the svg file,the file code cannot include css code while open the file as text,otherwise you cannot set cut and engrave together.
You can use this program to check if your svg file can be import to cut and engrave together.
