Bluetooth on Makeblock 90092 mBot Ranger not working

Hi there:

I have just received the Makeblock 90092 mBot Ranger and I am unable to connect to it via bluetooth. I have multiple IOS devices (ipad, iphone) and none them can discover the mBots bluetooth. Any suggestions?

Does the Bluetooth module light up? Is it blinking or solid?
Could you take a picture for me of the Bluetooth module?
Make sure the power is sufficient.

Thanks for sending the troubleshooting steps. The issue was with the IOS devices version. We was using Gen 1 ipad and older IOS phones (we have given the older devices to the kids!).
