Bluetooth not working for Android phone

Hello!
I am new to this website so sorry if I uploaded in the wrong place.
Recently I just bought a new mBot and when I try to connect it with my Android phone it will not connect. I put my phone near the mBot (it’s turned on and i built it right) and it just wont connect to my mBot. It only connects if I use the dongle on my PC.

I need help with solving this issue.

Is Bluetooth allowed on your phone?
And have you tried

Yes, it is allowed on my phone.
But if i try to connect manually it says “An app is needed to connect to this device”

Ja natürlich du benötigst eine App.Da gibt es einmal die App zur Livesteuerung:
