Bluetooth not detected

Hello every one,

Fisrt, I’m sorry if my English is not very good and if I make some mistakes, I’ll try to do my best.

Second : thank you so much, in advance, for all the help you can provide

Last : I just bought a mBot with the Bluetooth module and I opened the package this morning.

Now the robot is all set up, it won’t connect in Bluetooth either with my smartphone (android), tablet (android) nor comupter (Windows 10). It’s not even detected.

On each device, the bluettoth works fine.

The small light on the blueetoth module blink once, and after that it turns off (the 4 AA batteries are all brand new)

I tried to upgrade the firmware. Same result.

I dont know what to do.

Usually the LED on the bluetooth module should blick AFAIK. Can you try to remove the module, make sure all pins are clean and undamaged, put it back and try again?

it was as easy as you said !

I just cleaned up the pins, put then back, and now everything is ok !
