Is the mbot stem learning robot compatible with bluetooth 4.0?

if you have the bluetooth version of course. but you can always buy this part to get the bluetooth support.
There is another bluetooth module http://www.makeblock.cc/me-bluetooth-module-dual-mode/
that apparently has more functionality but I don’t really know what the difference is.
