if we load the same program on different mbots, they react different!
is it a problem of the batteries?
anyone has the same problem?

There is really not enough information for anyone to help you.

  1. What does the program do?
  2. What is different about the way the robots operate?
  3. If the program involves the motors, are the two mBots wired the same?

As a general rule, fully charged batteries make a difference, but that’s about all I can offer without any other information.
