queue cricket noise, There seems to be a lot of issues that need addressing and they have been going on for days. Is this supposed to be a user moderated forum or can we get expert assistance in here?

Well at least the servers seem back up. But I think we’re all alone here. I notice a lot of questions from months back with no real support. Too bad, these were fun products. But Xmas is your minutes of fame to live or die - they don’t seem to care.
