With the help from Crackel, i found out i can’t update the firmware (xubuntu 18.04 and windows 10).
Do you have any solution to fix it or is any way to reboot the arduino as is original configuration ?
Do I post on a arduino forum ?

Do you upgrade the firmware for Arduino uno board with mBlock5 software. The video you sent is invalid now. In case that you still have the problem with mBlock 5 software, could you take a video again to show your steps while upload firmware to arduino uno board with mBlock 5 software.
