Arduino MAX7219 Robot Eyes

Hello,im Martin from Berlin/Germany. I hope this is the correct category. Im trying to creat simple robot eyes using 2x MAX7219 Matrices & Arduino Mega
Im using the Code in picture and the problem that i have is that the "last" LED from the second eye (right ) always turns on with a 1second delay. It works great with one Matrix but when i use 2 i get this weird delay. Ive tried different Matrices too,still the same problem.
I hope you guys can help me.
