Hello every one… and specially the mBlock programmers.
I’m teaching the mBlock to some kids i’m finding defficulties to teach in english because i have translate the meaning of each block in arabic. That’s why it takes a lot of time and after yhat they forget.
I wish to find solution by adding the arabic language to mBlock to make easy. Thank you all.
Arabic language in mBlock
There is a zip file in the mBlock source named locale.zip that has translations for several different languages. You might want to download the source from github.com and look in the resources directory for the file. mBlock is built on Scratch 2.0, so I would suggest going to the Scratch forums and asking for help with the translations. Someone may have already done a lot of the heavy lifting.

The translation process works as follows:
there’s a Microsoft Excel file listing all the translation strings in mBlock. Anybody can translate the strings for us, and our developer will update the translations onto the software.
However, we are experiencing some technical difficulties on right-to-left languages such as Hebrew and Arabic. So it may need some work or help to finish these translations.
