Alternate Shipping Method

Hi,
Is there an estimate on when an alternate shipping method will be made available to the standard "Ship by weight’? Is there any way we can get DHL or some similar service? I recently had an order that was misconfigured, and the awesome support team got me the correct items via DHL within a week, which is roughly 3 times faster than standard delivery. I’d love to be able to make an order and get it within 5 business days.
