Airblock can't take off

HI! Few days ago in first time lunched our airblock. Everything work fine, firmware was updated and airblock flew without any problem. But today it stopped taking off. The propellers are spinning but it can’t take off.
Can you help me with this issue?

Please check if the airblock lacks power? You may charge the battery have a try.
If it still doesn’t work, please take a video to show your operation and the behaves on the airblock. You can send the video to daisy@makeblock.com via wetransfer website.
Besides, when you power on the airblock, please kindly take a clear picture from the top view of the airblock.
