Add other module on mBot

Hi,

I want to add my sound sensor and ME 7-segment display v1.1 from inventor kit to my mBot body keeping other parts as it is. However I can not find the proper holes on mBot to screw down the bolt. there is some useless holes just for decoration. Please guide me how I can solve this situation.

You may need additional brackets depending on how you want to mount the display and sensor. I go back and forth between ordering them or 3D printing them myself depending on what I need.

I have 2 of the sets.

I use 2 of the brass studs on each corner of the Arduino board, and then mount the two of the long linkages on top. That has the following advantages:

  1. Board is protected
  2. Board is visible (LEDs, …), accessible (button) and the sensors (IR, Light) are not blocked.
  3. Easy to mount additional modules on the long linkages
