Access denied when trying to connect to robot via bluetooth

I am trying to create an app on my windows phone to connect the tank robot to my phone, via Bluetooth…
However, I cannot seem to get the socket information correct.
I have input a “Service Name” but I have no idea what the name is for the makeblock… I have tried to use the PIN number, but I keep getting access denied messages. When I leave the Service Name blank (empty string), I get an error for improper inputs.

Has anyone done this before?

I think no one from makeblock to response, I cannot help you on this, because I got 2.4 version for 5 mBot, this is a disappointed to me. but at that time, if you take 5 bots, you got only 2.4 version!

I think I almost got the problem solved, but I am still having some problems… Hopefully I can get it working in soon.
