About the laserbox filter(solved)

I bought a laserbox the other day. However, just one day after I bought it, the filter was reported as clogged. The laserbox homepage said

Light users could change the filter every six months, while heavy users may need to change it about every month.

but the filter got clogged up in a shorter period than that. why.
P.S.This issue was resolved by updating the firmware.

You mean you got the error from laserbox software?
Please send me a screenshot of the error message.
By the way, please kindly send a screenshot to show me the working hours for your machine.
