A huge problem with my little robot not working

Hi there, I have connected my mbot to my computer and I try to make it work, but it is not! First of all, the light is not flashing, so it is connected. But if I even try to make it work it doesn’t! And the only thing that works, Is a previously uploaded program, press button and it goes forward. But none of the components information shows up on the screen! Even if the Mbot is connected by a cord to the computer, It says,“0,” on the information on the screen! I have read the tutorials for connecting it!
Please help.

P.S. It used to work, And it looks like it could work again, because all of the components lights are on.

It would be helpful if we knew which operating system and mBlock version you are using. :slight_smile:

Try the following steps with mBlock:

  1. Connect the mBot to the computer via the USB cable.
  2. Click Connect->Serial Port->[mBot serial port]
  3. When the title bar in mBlock shows connected, click Connect->Upgrade Firmware
  4. Click Reload Default Program

The mBot should be restored to factory condition with the default program.
