502 Error When Trying to Access Software Download

Just got the robot and whenever I try to access the software for download I get a 502 error.

Yep, same here. What kind of company doesn’t monitor their website right after they sell a bunch of product for Christmas.

Hey someone finally noticed and turned every thing back on. Maybe it’s time to hire someone to actually watch when the servers are up or down.
