36mm encoder motors doesnt work

Hi

I did everything, plugged the batteries, connected orion board to motor driver to two 36 mm encoder

And chose com port through serial and it gave me connected, also I changed the board to orion.

AND AFTER ALL THIS, THESE EXPENSIVE MOTORS DONT WORK UNTIL NOW!

Do you program the High power encoder motor driver via mBlock software?
Please note that High power encoder motor doesn’t support mBlock program, you need program it via the Arduino software.

Have just bought articel for over 1000, - €uro, and can not program with mblock now.

The motor driver of the encoder DC motor doesn’t support mblock program, please try Arduino. You may refer to the examples

By the way, which board you were using?
